Project Overview
The El Conquistador Building required approximately 16,000 square feet of elevated parking protection together with waterproofing and coating across other property areas.
The Waterproofing Challenge
Multiple assemblies—including parking, balconies, walkways and raised foundations—needed compatible systems and coordinated sequencing.
Work Completed
- Surveyed the property and separated work by assembly type.
- Prepared the elevated parking surface.
- Applied parking-deck and pedestrian waterproof coatings.
- Treated balconies, walkways and raised-foundation areas.
- Completed cosmetic coating where required.
Project Outcome
The project delivered coordinated moisture protection across vehicle, pedestrian and structural surfaces.
