The Waterproofing Challenge
The existing coating was peeling and cracked, and the deck contained joints subject to significant movement. The busy location also required careful planning.

- Investigated the existing coating and concrete conditions.
- Consulted technical support and evaluated a concrete sample.
- Removed failed materials and prepared the deck.
- Detailed moving joints and vulnerable transitions.
- Installed a compatible vehicular coating system.
Project Outcome
The elevated deck received a renewed protective surface designed for vehicle traffic, moisture exposure and ongoing joint movement.
