All Weather completed sensitive repairs and waterproofing work on two balconies at the historic Derby House.

- Assessed leak-prone balcony surfaces and transitions.
- Protected adjacent stonework before repairs began.
- Removed failed materials only where necessary.
- Installed compatible waterproofing and detailed perimeter conditions.
