The Waterproofing Challenge
Main entrances could not remain closed for long. The system and schedule had to support reliable curing while preserving access for residents.
Work Completed
- Reviewed each entrance and planned phased access.
- Prepared and repaired the exposed surfaces.
- Detailed sheet-metal flashing and perimeter conditions.
- Applied fast-curing waterproof coating materials.
- Reopened completed areas according to safe cure times.
Project Outcome
The entrances received durable moisture protection through a tenant-conscious installation schedule.
